All eBooks sold on CareerCatPro.com are digital and non-refundable.
Once the file is delivered and accessed, it cannot be returned, and no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to read the product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

Exceptions:
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., file not downloading), please contact us within 3 days of purchase at [email protected], and we’ll ensure you receive a working copy.

We offer personalized, human-delivered services. Therefore:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase and before work has started.
  • If the service has already begun (e.g., consultation call completed, draft sent), the order is non-refundable.

We do, however, offer free revisions within 7 days of delivery to ensure your satisfaction.
